US man living in NZ knew George Floyd through Volunteer work, shares his own experiences with police

Former Minneapolis man now living in Auckland, Randy Pollard knew George Floyd through Volunteer work, and described him as a gentle, good guy.

Randy Pollard joined Fletch, Vaughan and Megan on the phone to talk about George Floyd, the ongoing situation in America, and how he is treated living in New Zealand. 

Pollard also shared his experiences with police in America as a black man, recalling a situation in which he was sprayed with mace, after intervening in an attack on a white woman and being mistaken for the perpetrator.
