Anna Faris speaks out for the first time after Chris Pratt split

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are widely regarded as the 'nice guys' of Hollywood and Anna's first statement post her and Chris' split has shown that she really is a lovely sheila. 

Anna has thanked her fans in a moving statement on her podcast, Anna Faris Is Unqualified, after earlier this month announcing that she would be getting a divorce from husband of eight years, Chris Pratt.

She has thanked her fans in a pre-recorded message at the beginning of her most recent podcast episode.

She said: ‘Hey, dear listeners. I just want to thank you all so much for all the love I’ve been receiving, and I truly love you.’

In the initial joint statement where's the two announced the split, the separated couple said they wanted ‘to keep this situation as private as possible’.

Anna has previously spoken of Chris on earlier episodes of her podcast and back in May, she hinted that the pair’s busy careers were taking a strain on the relationship, commenting: ‘My long-distance relationship with Chris, I wouldn’t describe it as that, but we do spend a lot of time apart.'
