She has been battling a serious hand injury as of late.
But that hasn't stopped Blake Lively from achieving her fitness goals.
The 30-year-old mother-of-two took to Instagram on Monday morning to share a snap of herself showing off her fab figure in gymwwear.
In the snap she posed alongside celebrity fitness trainer Don Saladino and even revealed in the caption that he had help her shed 61 LBS of pregnancy weight.
Blake looked in incredible shape as he toned abs were fully on display while she sported a matching black sports bra and leggings combination.
The blonde stunner posed with her forearm resting on the shoulder of the fit trainer while staring adoringly at him.
Blake wrote alongside the snap: 'Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models.
'Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud'
Blake gave birth to daughter Ines Reynolds back in September 2016.
She also shares a three-year-old daughter named James with husband Ryan Reynolds.
Blake and hunky 41-year-old Ryan worked together on 2011 film Green Lantern, began dating, and were married in September 2012 in South Carolina.
More recently the actress has endured some health woes after she sustained a hand injury while filming a challenging stunt for her film The Rhythm Section back in December.
Two weeks ago The Hollywood Reporter had reported that the 50 million feature was suspended temporarily in effort for the lead actress to recuperate. It has since been reported that filming will resume in June.
The trade publication received confirmation from the producers.
The source said Lively's recovery is taking longer than anticipated and that initial surgery on her hand did not go as planned.
A second surgery is going to be needed which will extend the healing and rehabilitation period required.
The actress was hurt while filming in Dublin, Ireland, and has lately been seen wearing a cast on her right hand.
