You could imagine that there would be a fair amount of pressure to be in shape if your acting in Home & Away.
After all, the show is set on a beach where many scenes show bikini-clad chicks and shirtless lads.
James Stewart has either succumbed to the pressure or has decided to just improve his overall health, and has undertaken an eight-week body transformation program with fitness director Chief Brabon.
The 42-year-old has graced the cover of Men's Health to show off his hardwork and the results speak for themselves really:
"I wasn't feeling overweight, but I didn't feel in shape," James explained to the magazine.
"I've got a couple of mates at home in the same boat: with T-shirts on they've still got broad shoulders and can lift decent weights, but it's all a bit wobbly."
The eight-week program saw his lose half his body fat percentage, dropping 4.7kg and 4cm around his waist, and adding 4.5kg of muscle.
